Shipping Policy

OroSpot offers FREE shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. If you choose the FREE shipping option, your order will be shipped using USPS First Class / Priority mail. The type FREE shipment is dependent on customer’s geographical location and it is determined by OROspot. Express Next Day USPS shipping upgrades are available. Please note that orders received after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day. While determining the arrival day of your purchase, count business days only. The first shipping day will be the day after your order is processed. All packages are shipped fully insured against loss and/or damage during transit. In case of a claim and if we have another product in stock, we will ship it immediately. Otherwise we will consult with the customer to choose among all the available options. For your security, we require that all packages are signed at the time of delivery. If the customer is not available at that time, the carrier will leave a note, and they will attempt 1 or 2 more times to deliver the package. If a package is returned to OroSpot because of non-delivery, all shipping charges will be charged back to the customer. If Billing and Shipping Address are different If you would like to ship your credit card purchase to an address other than your billing address, that address must be listed as an "alternate shipping address" with your credit card provider. Simply call the phone number on the back of your card and request to add an alternate shipping address. This measure is for your protection and ensures that you have authorized OROspot to ship the item to an address other than your primary address. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

All shipments going outside of the United States will be shipped via USPS Express or FedEx Express International mail. Note: Since customs duties and taxes vary from country to country, we suggest contacting your local taxing agency to inquire about the exact duties and taxes upon importing them to your country. OROspot is not responsible for any duties or taxes in your local country.

Sales Tax

Orders shipped outside New York State are shipped tax-free. Every order shipped domestically within New York State is subjected to 8.875% sales tax. Sales tax is determined by the shipping address, and not the billing address. Orders with a billing address in New York State and an authorized shipping address out of state do not pay sales tax. Furthermore, orders with a billing address out of state that ship an order to an authorized address in New York State are subjected to New York State tax laws.

OroSpot guarantees the product will be shipped in a timely manner and is not responsible for any delivery delays, including the following conditions: 1. Acts of God, weather conditions, environmental or hazardous goods incidents, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, acts or omissions of customs officials or similar authorities, the application of security regulations imposed by the government or otherwise applicable to the shipment, authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes or other labor disputes or disturbances, civil commotions or hazards incident to a state of war, local or national disruptions in ground or air transportation networks or systems due to events beyond our control, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, disruption or failure of utilities, or other circumstances beyond our control (hereinafter referred to collectively as "Force Majeure Events"). 2. Compliance with laws, government regulations, orders or requirements, or any cause beyond our control. 3. The act, default or omission of the Customer not providing accurate information or requested documentation or credit cards being flagged by credit card services due to Address Verification System or Charge Verification (C.V.V.) Due to excessive fraud we must have clarification of any discrepancies in the purchase order. Please Note: All orders are subject to verification procedures. Once verification has been made your order will be shipped. Our verification system is in place for your protection. These procedures are meant to ensure that no one is improperly using your credit card. Our Customer Service department may contact you if additional information is required. A tracking number will be made available upon shipment. Please log into your account to obtain your tracking information.

Return Policy

OroSpot continuously strives to offer its customers the highest quality of service, promptly and efficiently. Please report any imperfections or discrepancies within 24 hours of receipt of the product. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchased item, you may return it within 30 days of original delivery date for a full refund minus the shipping and handling costs (standard shipping and handling charge is $9). The replacement product will not be shipped until the original one is received by us. Once we receive your returned product and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department.


*Requesting a refund after performing an exchange will result in a 20% restocking fee. *Shipping and insurance charges incurred are not refundable.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are not returnable or exchangeable. Custom orders include: • Special metal requests that are not available as a regular option on the website (i.e. platinum, 18k, etc.). • Special requests for items to be made with diamonds or other gemstone that are not offered as a regular option for the item purchased. • Our stones set in customer's jewelry or customer's stones set in our jewelry • Items created at a customer's request that are not normally available on our website

Order Cancelletions

We do not accept returns on special ordered products, engraved products or photo imprinted products. Items must be returned in its original condition, meaning that it has to be unworn and unaltered, including sizing the timepiece. Additionally, the item must be sent back with the seal unbroken in its original box and all paperwork intact. What "original condition" means is that it must have no scratches, marks, or blemishes. Also, the manufacturer tags and protective stickers have not been removed. Note that dings and scratches will happen even if a watch or jewelry has only been worn for a few hours. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $250 replacement cost. All items being returned or exchanged must have an RMA number. Please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, by phone or email prior to returning the item. Any item returned without an RMA number will not be accepted and will be sent back at the buyers' expense or an extra $50 RMA processing fee will apply. Any purchases made by either a watch manufacturer, watch brand distributor, or any person acting on their behalf, in any manner are not eligible to be returned to us for any reason. Terms of Sale

Payment Information We accept the following payment methods: * All major credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover) * PayPal. (As per PayPal requirements, we can only ship your order to the confirmed address on your PayPal account. * Money Orders, Certified Checks are accepted.

All prices are listed in US Dollars, unless otherwise indicated. Orders are not binding until payment as been accepted and verified. Shipping and handling charges apply to all orders, unless otherwise specified. We ship items Monday - Friday. We do not ship on major US holidays. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Shipping is refundable if we ship the wrong item. Shipping is refundable if the item arrives damaged. Shipping is refundable, and we will bear the cost to return an item. Items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived and in their original packaging. Before returning, you must first obtain a return authorization within 7 days of delivery. While we make every effort to ensure the product information and pricing on OROspot is accurate and current, there may be instances where inaccurate or incomplete data is displayed. In the event item data is incorrect, such as listed with an incorrect price, availability, or with incorrect information, OROspot shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event an item is not priced correctly, OROspot, at our discretion, will do one of the following: • If an item is priced lower than the displayed price, you will be charged the lower amount and we will ship the item. • If an item is priced higher than the stated amount, we will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If we cancel your order after your payment has been processed, we will issue you a full refund. • We reserve the right to correct errors and/or update the content on our website at any time without notice.
